OK, I am here --- now what?  

Arrival at a new post is an exciting but worrisome time. Information on your new assignment will be the key to making your first days at Ft. Carson a pleasant experience.

Getting to Fort Carson

Exit from I-25 at exit 135.  Follow signs.

In-Processing

All incoming personnel should report to the United States Army Replacement Detachment, building 1013. You will receive an in-processing appointment after signing in. Personnel will be affiliated with the Replacement Detachment for a four-day in-processing schedule before being released to their unit. Be sure to have your dental, medical, finance, and personnel records, orders and a DA 31 (leave form). If your finance records are in order, you will normally be paid your travel time entitlements within five days of your first day of in-processing.
