OK, I am here --- now what?
Arrival at a new Base is an exciting but
worrisome time. Information on your new assignment will be the key to making your first
days at Schriever AFB a pleasant experience. There are numerous resources which offer bits of
information but we will place valuable information in one location so you can easily
navigate through the arrival process.
Getting to
Schriever
Arriving at the
Airport
Exit the airport and turn
right on S. Powers Blvd. Travel on Powers for about 4 miles.
Merge onto US-24E. Follow for about 2 miles. Turn right on
CO-94 and travel for about 8 miles. Turn right on N. Enoch Rd.
Driving Yourself
Exit I-25 onto Academy Blvd
(exit 150). Travel on N. Academy Blvd for about 9 miles.
Turn left onto E. Platte Ave and follow for about 2 miles. Take
US-24E. Follow for about 2 miles. Turn right on CO-94
and travel for about 8 miles. Turn right on N. Enoch Rd.
Billeting
Schriever AFB does not have a
TLF but lodging is available at nearby Peterson Air Force Base. Be sure to make reservations as soon as
you receive your orders as accommodations are limited. There is
15 day limit (longer by space available only). No pets are allowed

In-Processing
Upon arrival at the base,
contact your duty unit or sponsor. You can also contact MPF at
719.567.5900 or DSN 560.5900. If it is after duty
hours you can check in at the Pikes Peak Lodge (Peterson AFB Base)
Office.
