Twenty-five miles northwest of Denver lies Boulder. This town of 96,000 is
nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. It offers breathtaking views,
excellent walking and biking paths, plus many shops, restaurants, and art galleries.
Boulder is the home of the University of Colorado and definitely has a college town
feel. It is also located at the end of the US 36 Technological Corridor.
Make sure to take a day trip there for the Bolder Boulder 10K Race, Creek Festival, or
the Colorado Shakespeare Festival. It's also worth the trip just to enjoy the view
and walk through the many eclectic shops in the main streets.
